Privacy policy

This policy is for the website and enquiry forms. It is written for UK users. The controller is the operator of this site (see the organisation name in the footer / Customizer).

What we collect

  • Enquiry forms: name, email, optional company, message, and technical attribution (page URL, referrer, UTM parameters) so we know which page you came from.
  • Server logs: IP addresses as part of normal hosting operations and rate-limiting of forms.

Analytics

Google Analytics / Tag Manager and optional Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept analytics cookies via the banner (when those tools are configured). Essential cookies for the site and form security are not optional.

Legal basis

Legitimate interests and/or steps prior to a contract for enquiries. Consent for non-essential analytics. You may request access, correction, deletion, or complain to the ICO.

Retention

Lead records are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymised.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery, and any CDN (for example Cloudflare) process data as needed to run the site. We do not sell your data.
